Provides utility assistance to Franklin County tenants and homeowners. Can provide limited rental assistance ONLY to households with an active eviction summons from the court; limit 20 applicants per day.

Impartial mediators assist tenants and landlords involved in eviction disputes to ensure that landlords receive their appropriate rental payments and tenants are able to maintain their housing. CMS also provides free eviction prevention training to tenants.
