What Makes You Unique: We have stable funding & a long history of working with the community & landlords. With current funding, we can cover up to 100% of past rent & up to 3 months of advance rent for eligible families.

Other Information: Approval of funding is based on eligibility for services, the submission of all required documentation and the availability of funding. Families must have at least one minor child or pregnant person (in their 3rd trimester or later) in the household and meet other federal eligibility guidelines to qualify for rental assistance from Franklin County. You only need to complete one application to apply for all three different PRC housing assistance programs.
