Appointments Suspended

As of September 16, 2025, all remaining appointments for the federally-funded Housing Problem Solver program are full through September 2025, when federal funding for the Emergency Rental Assistance program ends.

The Problem Solver program, which is also known as the “Resilient Housing Initiative” or “RHI”, is expected to resume providing homeless prevention services in October 2025, thanks to local funding from the City of Columbus. At that time, all eligibility will be assessed through the Homeless Hotline.
