Cold Weather Impact on Evictions

In cases of severe inclement weather, the Franklin County Municipal Court may close and/or may suspend eviction set-out actions. If you are a party to an eviction action, you are encouraged to visit the Municipal Court’s website or contact the Self Help Center or the to learn if your case is impacted.

Due to road conditions and dangerously cold temperatures, both the Municipal Court and eviction set-outs are canceled for today, Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
